ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Lead HR, you will take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on fulfilling open positions for our US-based team and our proprietary Coaching product.

Your ability to connect with and attract young, talented individuals from the marketing industry will be key. Beyond recruitment, you'll nurture a pipeline of potential candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategic Recruitment: Source candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) and identify talent from the marketing industry.
  2. University Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with top universities to attract young, creative talent.
  3. Social Media Engagement: Use your professional social media profiles to engage with candidates and promote our employer brand.
  4. Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy pool of warm candidates for recurring and upcoming positions.
  5. Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
  6. Data-Driven Decisions: Create and maintain dashboards to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  1. Industry Experience: 3-5 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in the marketing industry.
  2. Social Media Savvy: A strong online presence that attracts and engages professionals.
  3. University Networks: A proven ability to collaborate with universities for sourcing fresh talent.
  4. Go-Getter Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  6. Global Mindset: Experience working with US teams or candidates is a strong plus.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ChatGPT, AI HR tools and Microsoft Office.
