Running a business is all about making informed decisions, powered by accurate and timely information. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and participating in valuation and financial analyses, applying theories and approaches to provide valuable insights to clients.

This includes gathering relevant supporting information, analyzing market and research data, formulating valuation approaches, developing models, and preparing formal and informal valuation reports for various matters such as tax, financial reporting, valuations, and litigation support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in valuation and financial analyses
  • Apply valuation theories and approaches
  • Gather and analyze market and research information
  • Develop valuation models
  • Prepare valuation reports

In addition to these responsibilities, you will cultivate and manage client relationships, expanding and strengthening existing connections while participating in internal and external business development activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or similar discipline (CFA qualification considered a strong asset)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performing valuations in a consulting environment, with at least 3 years working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements
  • Experience in cultivating and managing client relationships
  • Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers
  • Demonstrated people management skills
  • Strong computer and financial modeling skills
  • Superior analytical and written and verbal communication/presentation skills

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, dealing with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy. A strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues across the business and promoting a collaborative culture.
