You will be responsible for leading and participating in financial analyses and applying valuation theories and approaches to drive informed decision-making.

About the Role

You will expand and strengthen existing client relationships by participating in internal and external business development activities. This position requires experience to cultivate and manage client relationships and people management skills. Depending on the needs of other sub-service lines within our practice, from time to time, you may be called upon to work in those areas.

  • Gathering relevant supporting information and analyzing market and research data.
  • Developing valuation models and preparing formal and informal valuation reports for various matters.
  • Participating in internal and external business development activities to cultivate and manage client relationships.

This role requires strong computer and financial modeling skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills. You must also have the ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or similar disciplines (CFA qualification considered a strong asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performing valuations in a consulting environment.
  • Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers.
  • Demonstrated people management skills.
