Accountant/Office Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Accountant/Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative functions of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping and invoicing.
  2. Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  3. Coordinate office operations, including procurement, supply chain management, and human resources.
  4. Liaise with clients and suppliers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  5. Support the financial planning and budgeting process, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
