Role and Responsibility:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute strategic partnerships with advertising agencies.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media planning, performance marketing, and Meta's advertising platforms.
- This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance agencies' media planning and buying strategies on Meta platforms.
- They will drive adoption of Meta's ad solutions among agency partners to maximize client ROI.
- Collaboration with internal teams is essential to provide insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations to agencies.
- Monitoring agency performance, analyzing campaign data, and providing actionable recommendations are key responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill agency teams on Meta's latest products, tools, and best practices.
- Serving as a thought leader, the successful candidate will provide guidance on industry trends and evolving digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations are essential for this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or agency management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple agency relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agency structures, budgeting, and campaign planning processes.
