Social Media Marketing Professional

We are looking for a Sr Media Manager to lead our paid social media marketing efforts. This person must have a strong background in Paid Social and Digital Experience to develop strategies, implement and execute paid media campaigns.
The Sr Media Manager would be responsible for overseeing and optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients' success metrics. They must have advanced optimization and analytical skills to drive insights and guide clients' business decisions.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day management of media campaigns, developing campaign strategies, and launching new ads from self-serve tools. Additionally, they must analyze complex issues and develop relevant plans, programs, tests and recommendations.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of overall business experience with a majority of experience in media. They must have expertise in Paid Social and operating in platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other emerging platforms. Experience in other digital advertising channels is a plus.
Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting to communicate campaign results, findings and next steps. The Sr Media Manager is expected to recommend new targeting based on knowledge of targeting capabilities and pixel benefits. They must understand creative/content and provide recommendations to ensure most effective audience to brand communication.
Job Requirements- Expertise in Paid Social and operating in platforms.
- Understanding of advanced optimization and analytical skills.
- Experience working on clients within the finance vertical or highly acquisition-centric business is desired.
