We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic real estate team as a Customer Service Representative.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, coordinating property visits, and supporting the sales and leasing process.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Providing accurate information about available properties, sales procedures, and company services
  • Coordinating and scheduling property viewings with clients and agents
  • Maintaining and updating client records and CRM database
  • Following up with leads and providing timely updates on property availability or process status
  • Assisting with document preparation and ensuring all paperwork is complete and filed correctly
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with sales agents, property managers, and marketing team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service; experience in real estate is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
