Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious business development professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize your network and online presence to identify potential clients and engage with them via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals that showcase our agency's expertise and capabilities, and strategically bid on projects to win new business.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring in consistent work.
  • Social Media & Brand Growth: Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase our online visibility and attract new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identify opportunities, and refine our outreach strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of freelance/job platforms, including Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
