We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

- Precisely prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to successfully achieve sales objectives, leveraging analytical skills and negotiation techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to enhance brand awareness, refine product offerings, and optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless data management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and business development progress, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, driving informed decision-making and creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and master new tools and technologies.
- Experience in a specific industry, such as IT, Healthcare, or Real Estate, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies, enabling the creation of engaging content and targeted campaigns.
