Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans that drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Leads and manages a team of Account Executives to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Provides timely and accurate feedback to senior management regarding team performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
