Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Manager

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations professional to coordinate and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • The ideal candidate will have expertise in investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in a timely manner, as well as validating invoices for approvals and financial policy adherence.
    • Maintaining coordination with banks for payment processing, issue resolution, and confirmations is also crucial for this role.
    • This position requires excellent organizational skills to monitor and record invoice accruals accurately, reflecting liabilities in financial records.
    • The selected candidate will execute the bank payment process, including proposal preparation, validation, and disbursement, ensuring timely payments to maintain positive supplier relationships and avoid penalties.
    • Updating Accounts Payable Aging Reports and assisting in monthly closing activities by preparing reconciliations and reports are additional responsibilities of this position.
    • This role also involves tracking and analyzing company operating expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and policy compliance.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Operations or related field
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
