As a finance business partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, delivering financial insights and analysis to drive informed decision-making and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted financial guidance to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with the FP&A team to prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
  • Support commercial initiatives by modeling financial scenarios, conducting ROI analysis, and evaluating business cases.
  • Drive performance management through key KPIs and metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or commercial finance roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
