Main Responsibilities

  2. ">Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for packaging materials to optimize costs and ensure high quality.">
  3. ">Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.">
  4. ">Collaborate closely with supply chain and production teams to understand their needs and provide valuable procurement support.">
  5. ">Identify and assess potential suppliers, conduct market research, and maintain a robust supplier database.">
  6. ">Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.">
  7. ">Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.">
  8. ">Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.">
  9. ">Analyse procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.">
  10. ">Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.">

Key Qualifications

  • ">A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.">
  • ">At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on packaging materials in the FMCG sector.">
  • ">Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.">
  • ">Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.">
  • ">Proficient in procurement software and tools.">
  • ">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
