Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Communications Professional to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase conversions, and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, that resonate with target audiences.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behaviors, preferences, and demographics to send personalized campaigns.
  • Design and test marketing templates to ensure optimized performance across devices and platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage marketing databases and ensure that marketing materials comply with industry regulations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, and content for maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HTML/CSS for marketing template design.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
