We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Drive projects forward and provide guidance to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual/logical/physical data models.
  • Analyze system/business requirements and create mapping documents for technical teams.
  • Prioritize business and information needs in collaboration with management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in relational, dimensional, and/or analytic modeling using relational database management systems (RDBMS), NoSQL, big data, cloud platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols.
  • Mandatory expertise in data models, database design, and data analysis/profiling.
  • Experience as a data analyst/data modeler or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with metadata management tools such as Erwin or ER Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and problem-solving attitude is desirable.
