Enterprise Data Governance Specialist

As an Enterprise Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in supporting and enhancing the Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and manage processes and technologies related to master data within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing MDM solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Providing technical expertise in integrating MDM solutions
  • Configuring match and merge, survivorship, delta detection, and hierarchy graph using Reltio
  • Developing ETL logic and process flows for data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication
  • Implementing data quality management rules and validations to identify and correct inconsistencies in master data
  • Collaborating with data architects, analysts, product teams, and business users to understand requirements for effective implementation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience implementing MDM solutions
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of MDM platforms and technologies
  • Understanding of data modeling, data integration, data migration, and data quality best practices
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and methodologies
