We're looking for a seasoned backend systems architect or senior engineer with deep expertise in fault management systems. This is a high-impact role that requires delivering a mission-critical Fault Management Platform to telecom operators.

This comprehensive, cloud-native fault management system supports:

  • Real-time alarm ingestion, normalization, correlation, filtering, and dispatch
  • Elastic scaling using Kubernetes
  • Integration with third-party OSS/BSS systems (e.g., EOMS, CM, SMS)
  • High-volume processing: 700M+ daily alarms
  • AI-ready architecture for future intelligent fault prediction

The ideal candidate will lead from the front, take full technical ownership, and drive this platform forward. Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong hands-on expertise in microservices & REST APIs, fault-tolerant real-time systems, and OSS systems

Responsibilities:

  • Own architecture and performance of the FMS platform
  • Oversee integrations (EOMS, mobile app, external APIs)
  • Ensure ultra-high availability, elastic scaling, and secure deployments
