CNC Machine Instructor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced CNC Machine Instructor to lead our CNC Machine Diploma Program.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum for the program.
  • Provide hands-on training in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
  • Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
  • Maintain and manage CNC lab equipment and tools.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. They will develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum for the program, providing hands-on training in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.

  • Teaching Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a diploma, B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. You should also have at least 10 years of experience in CNC machining and 5 years of experience in CNC Lathe and Milling machining. Additionally, you will need to have prior teaching or training experience and strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
