We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced CNC Machine Instructor to join our team and lead our CNC Machine Diploma Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum for the CNC Machine Diploma Program.
  • Provide hands-on training in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
  • Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
  • Maintain and manage CNC lab equipment and tools.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • On field 10 years of experience,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Laithe and Miling machining, prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
