Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: You must hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: You should have a minimum of 0 – 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
  • Customer Service Principles: You should have a solid understanding of customer service principles and methods.
  • Client Communication: You must have experience in client communication.
  • Availability: You should be able to work on-site during US timings (EST).
