Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their commercial invoices, packing lists, and other industry-specific documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Provide support with industry-specific documentation
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • English level B2+ to C1
  • PCP and TBC experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing digital product inventory in Amazon
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using web analytics and optimization tools
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Amazon Ads Advanced experience
