Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to deliver high-quality systems to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validation of our IRT systems, working closely with the Project team to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and report software defects, verifying resolved issues in ticket tracking applications.
- Analyze test strategies, write automated test scripts using Playwright, run tests, and report results.
- Continuously improve automation test coverage.
- Set up automation running of tests on the Azure DevOps platform.
- Assist in process improvement for test case management.
- Manage defects, reporting testing status to project teams.
- Provide project teams with testing progress and risk assessments during the Testing phase.
- Support validation efforts by acquiring evidence during testing, generating validation reports at cycle end.
- Proactively understand product components through training and client assignments.
- Address production incidents, enhancements, or data changes within defined timeframes.
- Create and execute test cases.
- Document traceability between testing and system requirements documentation.
- Complete all testing deliverables at testing cycle end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of software development, software testing, or Quality Assurance experience.
- Experience in full Test Lifecycle, including test strategy, script creation, executing tests in headed and headless modes, error tracking, and update reporting.
- Automation testing experience, preferably with Playwright.
- Integration experience with CICD pipelines and automated execution in Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of technical software concepts and comfort interacting with databases.
