Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer/Architect to lead our team in developing game-changing software solutions.

CrecenTech is a US-based technology company that specializes in cloud-based workflow automation systems.

  1. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for application design and development, guiding teams on best coding standards, and making it highly scalable.
  2. S/he will figure out technical needs, evaluate various solutions, and present a final solution to management.
  3. The successful candidate will have solid experience working in an application architect role, designing solutions, and utilizing/defining best practices.
  4. H/she will address every challenge faced in development, design frameworks, and provide guidelines to the team on design patterns and best implementations.
  5. The position requires developing large-scale, distributed, and highly available enterprise-level software solutions.
  6. The ideal candidate will understand multiple technology stacks and their use in product development wherever required.
  7. The job involves expertise with service-oriented architectures (SOA), cloud platforms, relational databases, NoSQL databases, caching systems, full-text search engines, and big data systems.
  8. H/s she will possess expert knowledge of security and data encryption best practices and implementation.
  9. The position requires working closely with multiple stakeholders, architects, project managers, UX designers, researchers, marketing, and engineering teams.
  10. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development.
  • 8-10 years of proven work experience in PHP applications.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with the Laravel framework.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented design patterns, web/internet architecture, business process, and XML.
  • Database experience with SQL servers, including design, development, and data processing.
  • Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and basic build tools like Webpack.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits
