We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our global footprint and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market penetration.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in market research and analysis, enabling them to identify new opportunities and trends within the telecommunications industry.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the telecommunications sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve targeted revenue growth in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers across different regions.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and tailor solutions to meet market demands.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to senior management, highlighting market opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the telecommunications industry with a focus on international markets.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in diverse geographic regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research, financial data, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability, with experience working in multinational and multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to support business development initiatives.
