Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements and market demands.
  • Represent TMR Consulting at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Track KPIs and report progress to leadership with recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • At lleast 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales (experience in IT/Cloud/Software industry is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
