About the Position

We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our database system.
  • Monitoring relationships with existing customers through our CRM system.
  • Developing and implementing Client Engagement techniques to retain existing customers.
  • Generating and executing Sales & Purchase agreements from all parties.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify and resolve customer support and technical problems.
  • Assisting in the collection of installment payments.
  • Creating memos for management approval on customer requests.
  • Reconciling payments with our Finance Department.
  • Addressing client queries efficiently.
