- Sterile Injection Preparation and Bulk Compounding
- Inventory Management and Expiration Tracking
- Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Relevant traineeship experience in retail pharmacy or a medium/large hospital setting
- Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and standards
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and pharmaceutical sciences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
