Job Description

This role focuses on driving business growth through effective lead generation and qualification.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify high-potential leads using various communication channels.
  • Create tailored outreach campaigns to address specific customer pain points.
  • Utilize sequencing platforms to streamline and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Initiate discovery calls to assess potential fit and set up appointments with Account Executives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, lead scoring, and content strategy.
  • Ensure accurate lead and activity data is maintained within the CRM system.
  • Provide valuable insights on lead quality, objections, and market trends to leadership and the marketing team.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new SDRs, sharing best practices and scripts.
  • Continuously test and improve outreach strategies, subject lines, and email content to meet or exceed targets.
