As a key member of our operations team, the Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Coordination: This position is responsible for coordinating operational and academic matters with all campuses to maintain alignment and consistency.
  • Campus Support: The successful candidate will provide continuous support to campus teams, acting as a bridge between headquarters and campuses to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Point of Contact: As the primary point of contact for student and faculty queries and escalations, this person will ensure timely and professional resolution.
  • Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be received, documented, and resolved in a prompt and courteous manner, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Digital Database Management: A centralized alumni database will be developed and maintained, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Collection: This individual will coordinate with campuses to gather and update alumni information, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Policy Enforcement: Adherence to policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and headquarters directives will be tracked across campuses, with any cases of non-compliance addressed promptly.
