Role Overview

This is a specialized role that involves creating and sending email campaigns to engage with prospective clients, initiate conversations, and set up meetings.

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the email component of our campaigns, identifying and reaching out to prospective clients via personalized content, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Create engaging email content and execute campaigns to reach potential clients.
  2. Client Outreach and Engagement: Identify and contact prospective clients through email, using compelling content to initiate conversations and set up meetings.
  3. Communication and Organization: Monitor and manage the email inbox, responding to client queries promptly and professionally, and schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
  4. Campaign Performance Tracking: Track campaign results and adjust tactics as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective communication with potential clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Marketing Experience: Experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
  • Organization and Time Management: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with email marketing software and tools.
