Leading a team of professionals and driving strategic direction for technical services and processes is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate risks, make business trade-offs, and implement optimal solutions for project development and results.
  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND SUPPORT OTHER PARTNERS GLOBALLY.
  • Develop and manage budgets, oversee financial and human resources, and plan initiatives for all technical and other services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while meeting internal and external customer expectations.
  • Review current processes and systems for improvement, introduce innovative ideas for cost reductions, and provide leadership support to peers, direct reports, and customers.
Requirements:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in managing facilities, supervising staff, budget management, training programs, or related areas in a large organization.
  • Analytical thinking, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to describe complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, power plant, biomedical/electronics, and entrepreneurial drive to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams individually and collectively and supervise a group of core staff responsible for smooth service operation.
