Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery.
  2. Collaborate with development teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  3. Review and approve technical designs and architectures.
  4. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical staff.
  5. Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
Job Specification:
  1. Proven experience as a Technical Director or similar role (minimum 3 years).
  2. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
  5. Experience with project management tools and frameworks.
