We're on the hunt for an accomplished professional who can drive automation processes with precision and finesse. This role requires expertise in tools like Zapier, n8n, and Make.com (Integromat), with a focus on workflow design, system integration, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Automation Workflows: Utilize Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and other related tools to craft efficient automation pipelines that meet business needs.
  • Integrate Third-Party APIs and Databases: Seamlessly connect various platforms, including CRMs, communication tools, and SaaS applications, to create a cohesive ecosystem.
  • Identify and Implement Automation Opportunities: Analyze business processes to pinpoint areas where automation can boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Automations: Quickly identify and resolve issues with existing automations to ensure they continue running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Translate business requirements into scalable automated solutions that meet technical standards.
  • Document Best Practices: Create clear documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation strategies to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience with Automation Tools: Demonstrated expertise in using Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or similar automation software.
  • Proficiency in APIs, Webhooks, and JSON: Strong understanding of API interactions, webhooks, and JSON data formats.
  • Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
  • Familiarity with Collaborative Tools: Proficiency in working with Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRMs.
