**Job Title:** Financial Operations Executive**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Executive. The successful candidate will have strong accounting and financial management skills, with the ability to manage full-cycle accounting processes.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
**Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
