Accounts Executive – Finance & Admin Role

We seek a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Lahore. This long-term role requires managing both financial and administrative functions independently.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely reporting, oversee payroll, and support daily office operations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping with accuracy
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently
  • Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and expense summaries
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and managing cash flow
  • Process payroll and maintain up-to-date salary and tax records
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations including taxation, EOBI, and other statutory requirements

Administrative Support

  • Oversee administrative functions such as documentation, filing, and vendor coordination
  • Draft internal memos, SOPs, and business templates as required
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate services with external vendors
  • Provide financial analysis and operational support to management for strategic decision-making
  • Organize and safeguard both digital and physical records for easy access and data security

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Preferred: MBA (Finance), ACCA (Part-qualified), CA Inter, or ICMA Inter
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and administration
  • Prior experience in startups, consultancies, or small business environments is a strong plus
