
Regional Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to cover Southeast Asia, focusing on uncovering new opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach with a strong emphasis on selling event-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and build pipeline through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, business environment, and event participation goals.
- Support sales of digital and physical events in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with client teams to refine sales strategies and qualification processes.
- Conduct market research, database management, and reporting to support business objectives.
- Manage all activity through CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting pipeline status, market trends, and key conversations.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in field marketing, events, or sales development is required.
- Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation.
- Bachelors degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven role.
- Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
This role requires a highly motivated individual who can effectively build relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales development.
