As a seasoned Product Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating with the R&D department to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs through thorough market analysis.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Ensure timely and efficient supply chain management by booking orders and confirming deliveries.
  • Cost Reduction Strategies: Implement costing and flow monitoring to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Supplier and Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers through regular production follow-ups and payments follow-ups.
  • Internal and External Communication: Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across departments through effective internal and external communication.
  • Process Improvement: Advise the production team on process improvements by preparing internal order sheets.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality department to ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Give shipping instructions and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the documentation department with administrative tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized university (preferably HEC or LUMS)
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in product development and market analysis
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in computer skills to utilize software and tools efficiently
