About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Export Specialist to support our export operations, including documentation, shipping, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Export Manager in handling all export operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Liaise with international clients, agents, and distributors to facilitate efficient order processing and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and technical teams to meet customer requirements and ensure high-quality products.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Stay informed about international trade regulations and compliance requirements to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software to manage data and documents efficiently.
