About this Export Position

We seek an experienced Export Manager to lead export strategies, identify new markets, and build strong business relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective export plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Discover new markets and potential customers, and establish strong connections to increase exports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing, production, and shipment of goods.
  • Manage export documentation, including permits, licenses, and customs clearance.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or threats.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with buyers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or issues.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Export Manager in the Textiles industry, preferably with knowledge of Towel, Kitchen Towel, Made Ups, and Bed Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade practices, export regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges and achieve desired export outcomes.
