Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to enhance our team by working on software systems built on leading-edge technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to design and build scalable and robust backend applications and services.
  • Develop high-quality, performant, and reliable code.
  • Improve the quality and reliability of services and define team best practices.
  • Become an expert in specific areas and collaborate with Product Managers to refine functional specifications.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Contribute to team agile and engineering practices and lead their continuous evolution.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Golang, ensuring clean and efficient code.
  • Set up CI pipelines with quality gates and artifact storage procedures.
  • Write unit and integration tests within the Golang ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in Golang.
  • 2+ years of experience contributing to service design and architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring software engineers.
  • Experience designing and building large-scale distributed applications.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
