Healthcare Data Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous professional to assume the role of a Healthcare Data Specialist.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that patient medical histories and reports are accurately documented, structured, and formatted for seamless clinical collaboration.

  • Edit disoriented medical reports into well-structured, clear, and coherent documents that enhance readability and comprehension, facilitating better decision-making.
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive medical histories, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness while aligning and formatting patient histories in Word documents to maintain a logical and professional flow.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with patients effectively, obtaining all crucial details necessary for accurate documentation, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Simplify complex medical guidelines into easy-to-understand formats for both patients and medical staff, enhancing knowledge sharing and adherence.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using Word documents to create and finalize medical reports, ensuring all information is presented clearly and professionally, reducing errors and misinterpretations.
  • Use Excel for data management and demonstrate proficiency in creating flowcharts to visually represent medical processes and patient histories, fostering better understanding and insight.

This role requires strong communication, documentation, and data management skills to support our medical professionals, driving efficiency and effectiveness in patient care.

Requirements

Must hold an MBBS degree.

Excellent written English and professional report-writing skills, with prior experience in medical records, psychological assessments, or scribing preferred.

Familiarity with psychological testing tools (BDI, BAI, GAD-7, MMPI-2-RF, WAIS-IV, etc.) and proficiency in MS Word and working with clinical templates.

High attention to detail and organizational skills, along with ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines, particularly during night shifts.
