We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Risk Discovered Background Check Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing overall HR strategy, leading effective workforce planning and resourcing, and providing support for training/development activities across the organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and implements overall HR strategy, leading effective workforce planning and resourcing.
  2. Provides support for training/development activities across the organization.
  3. Conducts benchmarking studies and designs competitive pay structures.
  4. Prepares reports for departmental KPIs and statistics related to total compensation.
  5. Effectively evaluates and applies job evaluation methodologies and develops total rewards strategies.
  6. Supervises contract and probation completion cases of employees.
  7. Maintains and develops HR policies, procedures, and ensures compliance.
  8. Identifies HR gaps in consultation with department heads.
  9. Counsels employees on personnel issues and ensures harmonious relationships between management and staff.
  10. Advises management in resolving employee relations issues.
  11. Establishes and maintains management guidelines and prepares documentation for management approvals.
  12. Plans for employee performance appraisals and develops tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development.
  13. Initiates quality improvement initiatives within HR.
