Our Bakery in Faisalabad, Pakistan is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team.

As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Manage the bakery's kitchen and equipment
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures in food handling
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking or baking
  • Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and sanitized

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Baker or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
  • Experience using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, etc.
  • Creativity in developing new recipes and products
  • Attention to detail in decorating cakes and pastries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings
