- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Develop new recipes using local ingredients to keep the menu fresh and engaging.
- Source high-quality ingredients from suppliers at competitive prices while staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Creativity in developing new dishes while executing classic recipes flawlessly.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts preferred but not essential.
