Purchase Coordinator

Secure Vision is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials, while maintaining accurate documentation and vendor communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the entire purchasing process from requisition to delivery
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval and processing
  • Assist in sourcing new vendors and building strong supplier relationships
  • Work closely with inventory, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to avoid shortages

Desired candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and 2–4 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the technical or engineering industry.
