Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. This position is responsible for managing shift schedules, including work station assignments and rotations, employee vacations, breaks, and overtime assignments.
Additionally, this role requires coordination with the Human Resource Department to determine appropriate staffing levels. Effective communication with other instructors and staff members is also essential.
