About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full stack software engineer to join our growing engineering team.

This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, experience with various technologies, and a passion for building high-quality, maintainable software.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software applications using HTML, CSS, ReactJS, Redux, and Go languages.
  • Explore and incorporate new CSS options into our design system, maintaining consistency and best practices.
  • Implement efficient and scalable solutions, prioritizing performance and site speed.
  • Design and implement efficient and robust database solutions leveraging relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
  • Collaborate effectively with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development: Develop complex features with guidance, demonstrating a good understanding of design patterns and principles.
  • Database Management: Write efficient queries and understand database performance optimization techniques.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficient in Go or Java, React, Node.js.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
