
Marketing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an outgoing, creative, and customer service-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team here. The ideal candidate will embody core values: Be Kind, Own It, Be Flexible, and Always Improve.
Main Key Performance Indicators
The Marketing Specialist is a vital role within the Marketing & Sales Organization and will be based out of our corporate office. The role will be accountable for top-of-the-funnel marketing and sales initiatives and create an impactful digital presence to increase brand awareness. This includes ownership of marketing efforts through:
- Social media postings, reels, and threads oversight
- Paid advertising
- Internal communications
- Creative content
Additional responsibilities include client service and sales chat support, accounts and records administration, training, and reputation management. The Marketing Specialist will report to Directors and Supervisors of Marketing & Sales.
What You Will Do?
Exemplify the core values of Be Kind, Be Flexible, Own It, and Always Improve. Collaborate with the Games team to deploy a targeted and effective marketing strategy through compelling content, imagery, and messaging that conveys the brand and sales position. This includes acquiring expertise in the sales process and players' engagement operations, complying with Studio policies, ensuring accuracy and relevance, and delivering a polished product.
Create organic and paid social media posts for channels that strategically increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to pages. This includes gathering content at pages and groups on Facebook Meta basis and taking ownership of the creative content and its final results.
Be a champion in marketing evaluation and strategy across social media, websites, and paid listings by consistently providing recommendations and identifying areas for improvement in lead generation. This involves compiling data, analyzing key performance indicators, and making guided adjustments based on findings to optimize leasing and marketing efforts.
Secondary KPIs
Work with vendors on administration for signage and other sub-business units, graphic design, promotional materials, and other special projects. Strong project management and presentation skills are essential, particularly when it comes to meeting deadlines.
Stay current with the latest digital marketing and e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and the competitive environment. Support reputation management at the company and business levels by offering oversight, responses, and solutions for improved ratings. Additionally, provide ad hoc pieces of training on great customer service. Develop and assess internal communications collaboratively, encouraging feedback regularly. Actively engage and interact with individuals while attending and supporting corporate and social events.
Provide a great customer experience through outstanding internal and external service. Learn and ensure compliance with all Studio laws, including all policies, state, and regulations (Training provided for all secondary KPIs).

Job SpecificationWho You Are – We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing Advertising, and Management or Qualification in Pakistani E-commerce and sales experience.
- Can present your marketing portfolio during later-round interviews.
- Have the ability to work closely with office teams, different departments, and the targeted local community.
- Are proficient with relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft Office and other Apps, Adobe Illustrator, Basecamp, Asana, Monday) and can easily adapt to changing technology.
- Are proficient personal users with social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter) and Online Entertainment channels like Netflix, HBO max, Amazon prime etc.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong self-editing skills and a sense of voice and tone so that first drafts meet a high standard with minimal to no edits needed.
- Can give and receive real-time feedback with always a positive mindset.
- Have an ability to work against deadlines and multi-task with changing priorities.
- Can work independently and also work closely with other team members.

Some additional requirements include:
- A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
- Availability to work longer hours and weekends during peak times.
- Ability to travel and work in locations of Corresponding Clients and Business Partners and Directors.
- Must be able to complete the physical functions of the position, including but not limited to: the ability to deal with clients and complete physical inspections.
