Sales Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales growth in a designated territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing distributors and trade partners to ensure effective distribution operations and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve desired sales growth.

  7. Analyze financial data to drive business profitability and gross margin growth.
  8. Lead and develop an extended team of sales professionals.
  9. Maintain accountability for achieving business performance indicators.
  10. Redefine processes based on post-execution analysis and feedback.
