Territory Leadership Role

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead sales efforts in a specific geographic area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving visibility in stores, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Coordinate with distributors to align operational plans and execute joint business objectives.
  4. Negotiate with customers to establish mutually beneficial business partnerships.
  5. Manage daily sales representative activities and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.
  6. Support digital transformation initiatives within the territory.
  7. Analyze financial data to drive business profitability and gross margin growth.
  8. Lead and develop an extended team of sales professionals.
  9. Maintain accountability for achieving business performance indicators.
  10. Redefine processes based on post-execution analysis and feedback.
